Not a traditional steakhouse. A dinner worth making plans for. Our first public experience is designed around an intimate, 40-guest table, with every course considered from welcome bite to final spoonful.

Fire-grilled prime New York strip, salsa macha compound butter, and red wine jus. Served with Make It Nice creamed corn, crispy potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Brown butter banana bread pudding with vanilla bean crème fraîche. A sweet finish to an unhurried evening.
